Which options do you have?

In the Netherlands there are 3 different techniques that are used by internet service providers:

ADSL or (V)DSL

The ADSL or (V)DSL connection has a maximum capacity of 100 Mb/s and generally has a lower price a month.

Fiber

Fiber (“Glasvezel” in Dutch) is faster and therefore it costs a bit more. The greatest advantage of fiber connections is their upload speed, which is the same as the download speed and could go up to 500 Mbps.

There are 2 types of connections

(V)DSL.
The distance defines your speed.

If you have a (V)DSL connection you share the cable with the other people in your neighbourhood. Your internet speed depends on the distance between your house and the local exchange. There is nothing wrong with this, just that it won’t reach the same speeds of fiber. Regardless of this, we will provide you the maximum possible speed. And we got something extra! When fiber becomes available at your address we will transfer your internet connection for free and without any hassle!

  1. U belt onze klantenservice op 020-7605040
  2. U regelt het zelf door met uw klantnummer en wachtwoord in te loggen in MyFiber. U gaat naar ’Klantenservice’ en vraagt via het formulier uw dienst aan.
